Most hosts look for cohosts with great reviews and lots of experience as a host themselves . 

why not rent out a room in your home if you want to get experience as a host.

First off, thank you so much for responding—I really appreciate it. Not many people take the time to do that, so it means a lot.

Even though I’m based in Florida, the systems I’ve put in place allow me to manage properties seamlessly, no matter where they’re located. I understand that most hosts prioritize finding experienced managers with established reputations, which often comes at a cost. I’m currently working to land my first client and am willing to go above and beyond to prove myself.

Lastly, I want to mention that I can’t rent out my own home since I live in it.

You can't put systems in place to spot check cleaners, go to the property when there are maintenance issues or to evict problem guests or have relationships with local suppliers .

and I said you could offer a room in your home not rent out your home.
