Losing Super Host Status

I can't understand why Airbnb will throw you off of the Super Host status, especially when you have 86 reviews and 83 of them are 5-star. The 3 that left me a one-star review were from the people who tried scamming me out of money.

Also, on my Google reviews, not even associated with Airbnb, I have another 55 5-star reviews.

How does that happen?

 I worked very hard to get to the Super Host status and I'm very upset because of this!!

Also, I'm sure if Airbnb really cares about the people who are using their platform!
