Hi,
My boss has started running an AirBnB and was disappointed with the turnout. Seeing as I was brought on for a completely different reason than an AirBnB I have no idea how to help him. I'm not a marketing genius and I don't know the space. I'd like to be able to help here. Any advice on drumming up more business?

No-one can give you marketing ideas when we can’t see the listing, have no idea what type of property it is, target market, demand and supply etc. @Shea49 

If you want to help your boss suggest he pays a well established local super-host to review his listing and give some ideas on how it can be improved.

on what basis is your boss disappointed with bookings. Surely they weren’t expecting to be inundated during Covid?

Thank you for pointing that out. I'll be sure to attach a link to the property. As for his disappointment, it seemed to be connected to the financials of the site. Thank you for the advice.

As I said  - suggest he pays a local superhost a consultancy fee to advise him. They will have a better idea of local supply and demand than a global forum @Shea49

That isn't a link to the listing. It's incomplete. You need to call up the listing and copy and paste what appears in the browser bar. @Shea49
