How are we marketing our properties? I am struggling to fill my calendar but am in a huge area for tourism. I think its a visibility issue.

Both your listings had a slun p and now your mmost recent reveiws are 2025 so your low traffic for Airbnb Search.

A little efflort traffic can  be rebuilr.

Tweak your ads regularly.  When you Save a change Date Modyfied to current which the Airbnb  compyter reads to see is Host acrive.

Then create 3 or 4 Airbnb Custom Discounrs per each listing.  20% discount Airbnb will market.
