Midterm Rental Suggestions?

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get some good tenants for mid term listings on this platform and how to best show that on here?

Lots of pitfalls accepting mid term stays on Airbnb. Airbnb doesn't offer rental agreements, background checks or security deposits. There are other platforms more suited to mid term stays that do offer those protections.

You can do you own research (YouTube has a ton of videos on the topic) on how to market your property as a mid term stay on Airbnb (again, I don't recommend mid term on Airbnb).

Yes...I would read through the Guide on how to avoid scams for monthly stays on Airbnb. Many Hosts think they will get paid the entire amount for a multi-month stay upfront - you don't. Guests pay monthly. If they fail to make a payment on the second month, Airbnb cancels the stay and you don't get paid, plus you blocked your calendar for multiple months and only got paid for one month.

Be sure your price on Airbnb is 30-50&% higher to offset the additional risk (no rental agreement, security deposit or background check). I would also not allow more than 1 month at a time on a single reservation. You'll find that a guest can book 2 months and then shorten to 1 month without your approval (see the Guide).

Actuallhy the first step is there a market?  There are, my space is mid term renters but also my area has no shorteer vacationers.  You have idengtified what you want, make sure you have a buyer.  Is what the buyer will spend work for you?  A lomger stay a buyer is not willing to pay the 7 day price for accomodations.
