Missing Insights

I have activates host tools, but I have no "insights" on my menu - why is it that way? Where do I find my insights?

Insights aren’t always available immediately for brand-new hosts. Airbnb typically activates more detailed Insights after your listing has been live for a while and has started receiving enough data, such as views, searches, and bookings. If your listing is new or hasn’t had much activity yet, some sections may appear blank or not be available.

 

If it’s been several weeks and you’ve already had bookings or consistent traffic but Insights still aren’t showing, it’s worth contacting Airbnb Support to check whether there’s an issue with your account.

I already had insights some weeks ago and now it's gone again.

If you have professional hosting tools turned on, you should see 2 big blocks at the top when you click "Menu". The one on the left is "Earnings" and on the right is "Insights" @Jan-and-Markus0
