Insights aren’t always available immediately for brand-new hosts. Airbnb typically activates more detailed Insights after your listing has been live for a while and has started receiving enough data, such as views, searches, and bookings. If your listing is new or hasn’t had much activity yet, some sections may appear blank or not be available.
If it’s been several weeks and you’ve already had bookings or consistent traffic but Insights still aren’t showing, it’s worth contacting Airbnb Support to check whether there’s an issue with your account.
