Missing Payouts

I am missing to receive Payouts from Airbnb since 30th December 2022. I have reach several times to the support center and their response is always the same " We are investigating your case". It is almost  a month I am hosting guests, receiving 5 stars reviews and Airbnb is keeping the money from our guests and I have to pay the bill with my own pocket to response do my guests bookings. 

I try to delete all my bank account details and added a new one, I received the confirmation email for baking approval and I still not receiving any payout.

Dear Bhumika,

Airbnb for the last 3-4 weeks keep confirming they are investigating but not any further information. 

All my profile details are up to date and i am following all Airbnb rules. 

So far if this continue I can't risk keep taking more bookings from Airbnb and move to another platform.
