Missing messages

 All of my prior communications with customers are gone, replaced with a pencil icon? Anyone else having this problem?

Yes there is a big problem with Airbnb today but the tech team on it according to CS.  Here is a link towards a post on the subject:

Check to see if you can access your account via your phone or your computer - one of them might be working.  I'm logged out of my computer but OK with my phone.
