Multiple yale locks on one property

Hi, i have a unit that has both a front entrance and a rear entrance. is it possible to have yale locks on both doors and have codes sent out for both locks? i would hate to have to have a key for the back door.

Hi @MaiMai1

As of know, the Yale locks do not have the cabability of sinking themselves to send out the same code. This has been an ongoing issue that several people wrote to Yale Lock about. Right now, I have one lock engaged to send automated code and the other one, I just assign the same number manually for each guest.

Still an ongoing problem..... These folks behind the scenes clearly never experienced a DC rowhouse!
