I’m facing a serious issue and would appreciate any insights or support.
My listing was fully active and bookable until last week. Suddenly, I noticed it was automatically unlisted — no email, no message, no warning, and no explanation from Airbnb. I only found out when I tried refreshing the captions on my page.
We haven’t violated any policies, and everything seemed in order. I’ve reached out to support, but haven’t received a response yet.
Has this happened to anyone else recently?
Any idea how long it takes to resolve or what might trigger such an unlisting?
