I‘m Edgar from Germany. Is here someone who take a look on my pics, my apartment and give me some impression?

Hi @Edgar815 Lovely home!
Your first 5 photos matter the most.Assign every photo to the Correct Room. Then specify sizes of bed in bedroom category like King, Queen etc.
Even though Photo Tour is visual, captions are powerful.
Mention actual capacity per room.
Hello @Patricia2526
I did a double take this morning when I recognised my listing in your post! I've had professional photos done since those were taken with just my ipone😉
The first thing guests usually decide is whether the photos make them emotionally imagine themselves staying there. For a top-floor apartment with a large balcony, the visuals should immediately communicate experience, light, comfort, and lifestyle — not just the layout of the space. Sometimes even good apartments underperform because the photo order or cover image doesn’t create enough emotional pull in the first few seconds.
I’d also check whether your listing highlights what makes the stay memorable compared to nearby options. Guests often book based on feeling, especially for city-view or balcony-focused apartments.
Hello @Edgar815, it’s great to see you posting in the Airbnb Community Center!
Have you checked out the insights shared by hosts here? Also, have you thought about adding some captions, as Patricia suggested?
Keep us posted!
