My listing got deactivated and I cannot re-activate, customer service cant help

Hi, my listing got deactivated by mistake and now I cannot re-activate.

1. customer service says i need to fill out a form to ask for re-check, -i have done a month ago. no answer

2. customer service says I can complain about the deactivation in my profile under "issues with listing" but there are no issues seen with the listing

3. customer service says I can anwer towards the email, that I got from airbnb and say I complain about the deactivation. -> when I send a email on this, i receive a failure, becuase it is a no-reply email from airbnb.

4. customer service keeps closing the ticket and saying they can't help and I can't find a resolution.

the bottom line is: airbnb thinks we are a shared room hostel and renting rooms without a reception 24/7. but we are not a hostel, it is just a huge 2000sqm apartment with 10 beds and people can rent the whole building and use the sports areas. no sharing in rooms or so. a normal but very special full apartment rental.

NOBODY feels responsible, any contact possibility is always ending in nothing.

It was a new listing and I got already two bookings. in the email it says, they will delete the bookings on January 23rd and delete my full listing on 31st of January.

I just dont know what to do and how to activate when nobody contacts me and the customer support cant help.

I am desparate, please help with your advice, how to escalate further and safe my listing, my bookings and activate it again.

cheers

Alex

When you say the listing was deactivated by mistake how did this happen ? Did you delete it in error @Alexander1994

Or did Airbnb suspend and then delete your listing for some reason ?

AirBnB deactivated it. It is a new listing and we did not have any customers via Airbnb yet. So no feedback at all. First customer booking is about to come in mid of February. However, it might be cancelled in 2 days. That’s what the email with noreplay sender says.

how can I contact somebody with competence at Airbnb, without opening a ticket via ticket system? They don’t help.

Okay so you say it's an apartment with separate bedrooms sleeping up to ten people? How many bedrooms. Did you list it as a whole listing ? @Alexander1994

Just trying to understand how this could have happened ?

if this is the case I would call not email .

We have like a very special accommodation see in google or our website, it’s called „reiminski“ and we have sleeping space capsules.

they somehow look like a hostel bed when you are creative. Because the capsules stand all in one big room and a lot of people can sleep in there.

it is one listing.

I did call several times, no success. They just take the call, tell that it is not my fault and they forward the request and they close the ticket and I hear nothing at all anymore.

This case is already 1 month old and the support said „please wait one more week“ again and then another week and then another. But now in 2 days my bookings will be cancelled so I am nervous it just happens and nobody helps.

spent 3h with customer service today already. Contacted via phone, chat, social media. Nobody can really help and say some standard answers which I all have tried already in the past month.
