My listing got suspended for no reason

Hi,

am kind of new to hosting on airbnb

i listed my apartment and right away got reservations, i never cancelled any so far, i hosted three persons, and all gave 5 star rating.

until someone decided to rent my place for a month and i accepted, at the time of checking, i got email that airbnb is putting my account in review and that they cancelled the reservation.

i have no single negative review, all my guests are extremely happy, and never violated rules.

now been contacting support for five days in a row, and they are helpless, just keep saying relevant department will contact me !!!

i have lost hope
