This is the first time I've encountered this problem. I admit it's a new account, but this isn't the first time I've created a listing, and this status has persisted for over 10 days. I've contacted customer service but haven't received a definite answer. If I can't create a listing because it's a new account, I completely understand, but please give me a definite answer instead of leaving me waiting endlessly. This doesn't align with Airbnb's principles.
