My listing has been under the status of ''Verify your host account'' for more than 10 days

This is the first time I've encountered this problem. I admit it's a new account, but this isn't the first time I've created a listing, and this status has persisted for over 10 days. I've contacted customer service but haven't received a definite answer. If I can't create a listing because it's a new account, I completely understand, but please give me a definite answer instead of leaving me waiting endlessly. This doesn't align with Airbnb's principles.

Why have you created a new account?  You can only have one profile on Airbnb so just create your listing under your original account @Jack3123
