NO PAY OUT RECEIVING SINCE LAST YEAR BUT AIRBNB KEEP ON RUNNING THE LIST UNTIL THEY REMOVED IT WITH NO PAY OUT STILL

I am sending an email to request my pay out from airbnb since they removed my listings without providing the funds owed to me. I moderate a hostel situated in Siargao Island. I complete the necessary information and sign up so that's why they started received guest from my listings. Unfortunately they keep on sending me the links that they want me to update that I always get to update as well many times.

 

As of 2024, I have received guests from airbnb under AP BUTANG HOSTEL ACCOUNT. To date, they have not issued my pay out, despite my submission of two accounts along with my business's partners account along with our SEC DOCUMENTS and other updates I did multiple times.

 

I want to sent you this complaint before I proceed to legal action as it seems that Airbnb is not seriously taking this issue.

@Ap-Butang-Hostel0 Hi I think something would have gone wrong or still outstanding fromyour side. Please check if you have updated your bank account details and the mode of receiving pay out accurately. If it’s a bank account of bank account has been verified.Base son my experience air bnb will not do such a thing as they are very professional and send payouts on time

 

Glad to read you have yet to encounter any problems with Payments @Madubashini0 , we didn't either until someone gave us and Retaliatory Review which destroyed our previously harmonious relationship with ABB and encountered Agents that are more concerned with receiving KYC Key Performance Bonuses over and above reading and understanding chronological order and context of our unfortunate situation that arose from a Retaliatory Review that was rightly so removed alas due to a new Agent / BPO interaction and incompetency we have been unable to continue Hosting Guests and remain UNPAID now for over 2 and half years which is despicable and Criminal.

It's also a Breach of ABB own Policy on those people's parts.

I've had a similar problem which has now been unresolved since September 2022 and to this date, coming up 3 years we have not been paid.

It has destroyed our previously conducive working relationship yet Customer Services/ Trust and Safety Team and Moderators of this forum still get paid as none of them have comprehended ABB Policy.

 

Airbnb contracted Agents are unable to form an opinion about a number of the problems we encounter because they lack access to our listings and are not versant with basic laws for whatever reason.

It's overdue there IT team are held to account because of significant failures of service and using appropriate Human Intervention - we have repeatedly explained it's a Technical/ Engineering problem and sadly and very disturbingly no one has followed it up this way as they all want and are being paid KYC bonuses.

 

We understand a number of Business Process Outsourcing Agents have been arrested and prosecuted for fraudulent and misleading practices including in your home country who worked for ABB.

 

We have good reason to believe our account is one of those implicated with the now closed down office.

 

It's unacceptable that ABB when asked to address outstanding Payments don't read Policy but rely on Copy / Paste links and a Template list as one is required to do appropriate Customer Due Diligence based on each person's Individual circumstances and countries legislation.

 

Good luck trying to  get your owed monies.

 

Make sure you report your situation also to SEC because they can investigate BPO's and prosecute them which is what needs to be done to ensure accountability as it's reputation harm to all of us including ABB brand.
