Hi there

Has anyone else had difficulties obtaining this? We have been trying since June last year and are still trying to get the Tourist Licence to then be able to request an NRA. 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Helen3 , it’s the Numero de Registro de Alquiler. 

if anyone can recommend a company that does it for you, it would be appreciated. Understand there will be a cost of course.
