You can use the Airbnb find a cohost service to find a local cohost who has great reviews and ratings . On this community you mainly find those with no experience or who want to do remote cohosting - which is ko good for owners looking for a hands on local cohost  https://www.airbnb.co.uk/host/co-hosts
