Hi @Maslawati0

You can list your space in 10 main steps:

  1. Select which type of space you plan to host
  2. Further describe your property type
  3. Clarify whether guests will have the place to themselves
  4. Enter your location
  5. Determine how many guests you’d like to welcome
  6. List your space’s amenities
  7. Add and organize your photos
  8. Name your place
  9. Describe your place
  10. Set your nightly rate

Prepare Your Space Thoughtfully

  • Clean & Declutter: Spotless spaces earn better reviews.
  • Essential Amenities: Stock basics like toilet paper, soap, towels, linens, and kitchenware.
  • High-quality Photos: Use natural lighting, tidy up, and show every room (including the bathroom and entryway).

  • Descriptive Title & Summary: Highlight unique features like “Cozy balcony with skyline views” or “5 mins from downtown.

  • Detailed Description: Clarify layout, amenities, and any quirks. Transparency builds trust.
  • Offer Weekly Discounts: Encourages longer stays and reduces turnover.
  • Guest Communication is Everything
  • Respond quickly (within an hour if possible).
  • Be polite, informative, and personal.
  • Offer local tips or help when needed it turns a good stay into a great one.

Glad to help, feel free to reach out if you need more.

@Patricia2526 has outlined the steps to create a listing and Airbnb makes that pretty easy.

BEFORE publishing the listing, I would also read through this Guide that has tips for New Hosts:
