Hi @Bob131 !
I looked through your 3 listings for the 3 rooms. They seem to all be at the same location, but the descriptions for each vary a lot. I would suggest stream lining each listing so that they all describe the same thing since it’s the same house. And then adding what makes each listing/room different.
What a unique property with the cow pastures! Also the cats at your house. I think that could be the highlight of your listings, definitely a unique experience and seems like a lot of guests seem to mention it in their reviews.
The pictures could use some updating and maybe a shot of the house in the vastness of the cow pastures? Hard to picture the house right now and the views, which sound beautiful from the guest reviews. I would suggest pictures that can capture the entire room, the picture of the bathroom seems cut off. Or if possible, a professional photographer?
The title for the Garden Tub guest room is a little confusing, wasn’t sure what a garden tub meant. But I think you mean the guest suite with garden views and jacuzzi bath tub?
For titles, maybe something to highlight the cow pastures. For example… “Room with charming view of beautiful cow pastures”
Also one of your listings mentions being close to places but they were abbreviated, I would suggest spelling it out so non locals aren’t confused. And I would add that to the other listings as well.
A longer description of your listing would be helpful, maybe mentioning the beautiful views in more detail and cozy stay with house cats.
Best of luck! Your property sounds unique and charming.

Dear Laura,
Your reply is a breath of fresh air. All your suggestions ring true. I find presenting my lovely home/guest rooms on the Airbnb platform challenging.
I have in fact spoken with the Airbnb affiliated photographer more than once, and have not been able to realize that.
The continuity of the three rooms in the same dwelling with the same amenities, is mostly not communicated.
I have asked Airbnb to present them in close proximity rather than splintered across the app.
Thank you again it means a lot to have your critique.
