Hello, looks like a lovely place. I agree with Monica, some wall decorations or maybe just a colour painted wall can add warmth and atmosphere. Also if you have furniture for the balcony like a table and some chairs then I would display it in the photo to make it more attractive. I need to do the same with my terrace 😉. Good luck to you.

Looks like a nice place! When I'm looking to rent, I like to see a written description of the space (for example, living room with TV on first floor, two bedrooms on second floor, first bedroom has 2 single beds, etc.) as well as clarity in the listing regarding the bedrooms and bed sizes in Airbnb''s "Where you'll sleep" section. I think a better picture of the bedroom would be helpful also. The amenities list does not include heat or air conditioning, which is curious to me. Providing towels would be a helpful addition also. Just my opinion if I was a potential Guest.

I know nothing about any rental property in your area.  Airbnb Platform gives you 5 pages to tell me all your highlights, I know nothing about your property.

A patio some chairs otherwise it is a place to stand.

Go over your amenities I think there is a stove and essentials?

Guests don't like to guess your pictures and description are the only way the Guest knows what they are buying

When it comes to airbnb listings, photo quality is the MOST important factor. Aside from improving the interior design, I would get professional photographer to take the photos.
