You published 18 listings.

One seems to be suspended (listing number 1674852974040882899)

Is that the accommodation your guest want to book ?

Listing is not active or suspended, check status in the editor.

Yes the one suspended

I didn't find it

You need to contact Airbnb support to ask why the listing is suspended.

Then try to reactivate it after corrections are made:

Hi there,

I just to do what I always do for any pop us issues. I am just to busy to be investigating on my own my own various AirBnB app glitches plus I'm far from a techo wizard.

Just call AirBnB and ask for support. If unable to fix it at that time ask them to send you an email regarding your call and how the intend to fix the problem.

This has all ways worked for me.

Good Luck,

I need there number

Hi Keyshore,

There could be several reasons why the guest is unable to book even though the unit appears available on your side.

I would first check the Calendar for the exact dates the guest is trying to book. Sometimes dates are blocked automatically because of minimum/maximum stay, advance notice, preparation time, restricted check-in days, a pending/expired booking request, or a linked/synchronised calendar. Airbnb also says that incomplete account information or identity verification issues can block availability. (Airbnb)

I would suggest asking the guest to tell you the exact message or error they see when trying to book. That will help identify whether the problem is with your listing/calendar or with the guest's account, payment or verification. Airbnb also lists payment and identity verification as possible reasons a guest cannot complete a reservation. (Airbnb)

If you can share:

  • the dates they are trying to book,

  • number of guests,

  • whether you use Instant Book, and

  • the exact error message shown to the guest,

perhaps the hosts here can help you identify the problem.

Hope you get it resolved soon! 👍
