Unfortunately we recieved a 3 star review based on 'incorrect bath type' and bland surroundings.
Im not sure how to address the 'needs attention' tag.
The bathroom is clearly described in the description.
Any thoughts?

If the Guest was unhappy about clearly stated property description, you don't need to do anything. The Airbnb computer just flags the Review because a 3 for you to notice and determine if any action required. You are not required to respond in any manner.

I have a similar issue, got a 3 star review, stating the location was incorrect - despite being verified by Airbnb. I completed the recommended remedial reading regarding 5 star bookings. I raised a complaint regarding the guests misleading review but nothing changed - I still have the 'needs attention' message. Since then I have found myself labelled in the bottom 10% of listings. Despite all reviews since are 5 star. I only rent the property for several weeks per year and as such it would take many years to recoup the damage this review did and continues to do. Airbnb state I have no violations against me, and that it would just go away if I continue with 5 star reviews. How is this helpful? I have asked for a more comprehensive response as to why AI is running the business. Why are hosts held to the flame over clearly inaccurate reviews. All the while paying 14% of bookings to Airbnb with no support. It makes no business sense, without hosts you have no guests......or am I missing something??
