For your photos use the Airbnb RoomFolders makes it easier for a potential Guest to understand.

My basic tips:

• Reply to guests quickly and politely

• Keep your place clean, safe, and exactly as shown in photos

• Share clear check-in instructions

• Be kind and helpful, guests really remember that

• Small things like clean linens and a warm message make a big difference
