New Host in Philly from New York

Hello Everyone,

My business partner and I are looking into hosting Airbnb in Philadelphia. Now, I know there is information online and youtube about Airbnb hosting; however, I would like to speak to an actual host in Philly. Someone who can guide me on the regulations, permits/licensing, and how to get started, especially since I am living in New York.

Perhaps see if there is a local host group and post there to see if there is a superhost that you could pay a consultancy fee to advise you on set up, local legislation etc.

Also read through Airbnb Help - it covers all the basics around running an Airbnb.

Don't forget to devise a set up and ongoing budget so you can work out how many days a month you need to let before you move into profit. @Soraya97
