I think you can add much more to the description of both properties, so far you have written very little. You can also add more high-quality photos. Try to make the photos look as inviting as possible. At your Islamabad property the lights are on and reflecting in the camera, and there is a person in one of the photos. The kitchen can be made to look neater (the stove, open cupboard and curtains). At your Rawalpindi property you can also make the curtains neat, take the bathroom photo holding the camera angle straight and be careful not to photograph your reflection in the window. You can take multiple shots and try to see what looks the most inviting. Try to post only the best photos of each area, but try to photograph the whole unit so that guests can see more detail.
At both of your rentals I think guests may be confused about the sleeping arrangements. In Islamabad you say there is one bed, but it sleeps 3 guests. At Rawalpindi you say it sleeps 3 guests, but there is a king bed, double bed and a couch. It would be helpful to correct or explain this (be sure to explain which sleeping area is in which room), and include photos of all the beds so guests can see exactly where they will sleep.
