New Listing

Hi

new to airBnB hosting. I accidentally listed my property before it’s ready and I don’t know how to unlist it while I get it ready. I had several inquires a week ago and I felt bad.

Im not sure if it is still showing as active. It won’t be ready for another week.

also I wanted to have a different price (lower of course) if someone wants to book it 30days at a time vs just the weekend.
please help and give your feedback on my listing.

TIA.

Hi @Nova173

Your listing still shows as active. Go to the Listings tab to open the listing editor. Choose the settings icon in the top right and the 1st option will allow you to de-activate the listing.

To set weekly or monthly rates, go to the calendar tab and look at pricing on the right. Scroll to the options that set long-stay discounts. Hope it helps!
