New host: How do you set availability and pricing?

For experiences activity

1.Is there a way to set my available dates in bulk, or do I need to make my availability one day at a time?

2.When you're just starting with no reviews, is it better to set a slightly lower price to attract your first guests?

If so, how much lower would you recommend? 

I'd really appreciate any advice from experienced hosts. Thank you!

@Simon5598 To answer part of your question:

If I were a guest then lack of reviews mean I am taking a risk. As such a price reduction of 5-10% feels appropriate. If you reduce by say 50% then I would be concerned about your quality and not book with you. It's a difficult line to tread........
