Welcome! Just a few suggestions:

1. Be sure to add your camera disclosures to the Guest Safety Section on the Listing
2. You mention a back yard, but don't have any photos of the back yard?
3. This appears to be a basement unit? Be sure to mention that in "other things to note"
4. I would add more pictures and put captions on all photos
