Hello @Mustansir1 👋

I love the front door in your listing! I'd like to invite some hosts to the conversation to see if they can share their opinions: @Rose422@Mary1523 and @Amrita8, could you take a look at @Mustansir1's listing and offer some constructive feedback? 😊

Hello @Mustansir1. Your space looks very good you pretty much have everything covered. I would replace used toilet rolls with new ones for each guest. Thanks

I like all the space, what else does the accommodation offer? Suggestion, didactic games, I would evaluate the option to receive pets and an option to play sports.

Hi @Mustansir1, your space looks nice.  I would list the free parking in the title over the bedroom count.

I would also add a smoke detector.  They are not expensive and worth every penny.  I would never book a property without one especially for my family.  In my area we can not pass inspection if they are not in working order.

Hi looks like a nice place.

Agree the toilet paper stood out, make sure its folded over or a new roll.

It's a little sparse on the walls but that might just be me. Some wall art that's inexpensive might help.

Also the bathroom with the shower curtain, please pull the curtain back and redo photo, that will help people see the size of shower/bath.

Is there a reason why the photos are taken with most of the blinds closed? Feels a bit dark/dungeon like to me. Guests love natural light where possible.

And if the window looks onto a fence or something, then thats an opportunity to dress up the fence/whats being looked out onto, this can be done inexpensively.

The other thing, and this maybe personal preference, but I don't get people putting carpet underneath dining tables. I immediately think, that's too hard to clean and will get spills etc on it.

Any reason why no outside photos, so people can see what it looks from the front?

Also, wherever possible, provide bedside lamps. It's these little things that guests will get annoyed about if they don't have them.

Also, plenty of powerpoints or powerboards near the beds. Guests will want to charge devices next to the beds.

Hope this helps
