New listing or update my previous listing?

My partner and I started hosting in May of 2021. We bought a small condo and did a few minor touch ups and listed it ASAP. We rented it out all summer with great reviews and were named superhosts in October. For the last month and a half we have done a full reno (new kitchen, flooring, lighting, windows, paint, furniture etc.) We are now ready to host again and are wondering should we just update our listing with new photos or make a new listing all together. If we make a new listing will we still have our super host status and all of our 5* reviews showing?  Any insight would be appriciated.

@Harrison-and-Alex0  If you just update the current listing, all your reviews and ratings will show on the listing. You can say in the first line of your description that you have undertaken major renos and describe what they are. You could even add that the reviews dated before xx were given before you did all the renos.

If you create a new listing, your reviews will still show on your profile page, but not on the new listing and you'd be starting over with the ratings for that new listing.

You'd keep Superhost status, as far as I know, because that is attached to you as hosts, not pegged to the listing.

I'd go with the first option, myself.

I agree with Sarah. Keep the old listing and update it
