I just signed up and would like to know the best way to list. 

I have a two queen bed, separate entrance, full bath with living room and kitchenette.

I am also interested in renting the whole house during Derby week.

@Sean905 You would need to create two separate listings: one would be for a guest suite (the space with the two queen beds, separate entrance, full bath with living room and kitchenette) and the other would be for the whole house. For the whole house listing, just make sure all weeks apart from Derby Week are blocked off on the calendar. Also, make sure you block the guest suite calendar off for Derby week if you're only interested in renting out the whole house during that time.
