Thanks for the welcome to the group, I actually did just post a note entitled Re: Is it reasonable to to require Airbnb to offer pre-vetted guests ?. However I was unable to get the edit button to respond to edit a typo, and the time stamp says it is 6 months old.

@Robert188 Yes Robert it is possible to ask for only guests with good reviews , but it is also necessary to do your due diligence with posting rules and communicating with guests before they arrive , in order partially to get to know your guest and partially to reassure yourself .Do not use Instant book in this case and then all guests need to communicate first....
