Congratulations!  Beautiful property, wow.

I agree you have many beautiful photos, but most people tend to use their app on their phone.  A smaller screen and if your listing main photo is many images the reduction to fit the smaller screen doesn't highlight anything.

The weather is warning up.  Highlight your beautiful hot tub some photos of what looks like an amazing deck area.

You are in a prime location with a beautiful rental.  General Internet Search Engines do present Airbnb listings because Airbnb website traffic.  Building that traffic is factoring in the different Search Algorithm.  Your listing has to have "keywords" that people use to search and "Key phrases" because many search using an AI Tool.

Create some Guidebooks tie together like Lake Tahoe and outstanding vacation rental with hot tub.

I don't suggest a mention of a fine primary in your description.  Though the amount is significant, a fine can be translated as a Guest can break the rule at this price.

Thank you for your input and ideas, I removed and aded one single picture to the cover photo. Changed the name to reflect to a more updated listing. Will work on the other things soon.
