Since you share living space with guests, you're allowed to advertise the listing as women-only. But there's no way to prevent the listing from appearing in search results from male guests, so you might want to make the gender restriction a prominent feature in your title.
The policy linked above also requires you to respect guests' professed gender identity, and there have been hosts who got de-listed and banned for declining guests who identified as transgender. If your comfort with renting that spare room depends on which genitalia lurk in your guests' underwear, Airbnb might not be the best fit for you. But women-only listings do exist, and some hosts seem to be doing well with them.
