New to Hosting

I am new to listing in a very popular area in Kittery Maine.  I would like to know what tips the community can give me on listing my property.  Please take a look at my listing and let me know if you have any tips to offer on marketing, pricing, anything at all that can help me boost my listing and bookings.  Thank you all and I look forward to hearing from you all!!!

@Elisa I have not had any listings so far.  I just listed a few weeks ago and would appreciate any tips on attracting guests.  Most are staying for travel at my location, it is close Hampton , Rye , York and Wells Beaches.  Thanks

What a lovely place you have! It offers so much potential 😍🌲🌳

One thing that really attracts me is the lush green surroundings and the sense of nature and space. I would definitely showcase that even more.

Share this story you’ve already written—“The space. A large acre lot with a fire pit to roast smores at night. Enjoy your morning coffee while looking at local beautiful wildlife.”—through images, as that’s what everyone will see first, and they might not even get to the text.

Also, make sure to include a picture of both houses if guests have access to both; right now, the larger house doesn’t seem visible.

Just a quick note on the amenities: it looks like “Hot water” isn’t listed as included?
