congratulations'!  Beautiful house.

both your inside and outside table are not able to accommodate 6 Guests.

If you allow cars in an attached garage and if a gas stove in the US you want to have a carbon dioxide monitor, not expensive and mine just plugs in an outlet.

The Airbnb New Listing Discount is very good.

Your Airbnb Listing has about 5 pages you are competing with other properties that utilize the space offered.

A presentation should target your expected market.  They want to have you write what they are renting.  Then highlight what interests your intended market.  About your property, or your location.  Guidebooks are good because they can be used to tie your property to something popular people come to Arizona to visit.

Photos are clear but you can improve them in some points for example the first photo the cover photo it's nice but you have the shadow from the palm tree and that goes to your building and also it's in the middle of the photo it should be better to be 2 hours earlier so the shadow will not be up in the house and also to 3 m to the left to have a better angle of the house and not much from the tree, you can lower it also a little bit so you can have a nicer photo and include the big part of your house

The second photo that shows the garage it does not add very big value, it I suggest to put five photos different photos in the first five photos here. you have the house cover photo, the garage, the entrance and two photos of the living room I would suggest you to put one out of the house and cover photo and one of each room in the other four photos. I recommend you also to put one table in the living room because I  would like to see if I sit in the living room where can i leave one glass of water or if I watch movie and I want to put some food or something.

Also remove some photos from the backyard I think it's too much for the size of the space and add one photo from the kitchen, bedroom  and bath in the first five photos.

At the description you're right and the text home three large bedrooms plus one all this text of this two lines I would put it in the space description . I will leave only the text that says Sierra vista 5 minutes from fort who want to come visitor center etc in the first section of description.
