Good day just hoping that someone could take a look at my listing & see if I did something in error for the reason I went from a steady flow of reservations to 0

Thx Ana,

@Ana-Julia8  What a gorgeous property with so much to offer!  You are doing great with 5 star reviews.  How fantastic with all those animals!

My first suggestion is always the headline- Your headline isn't telling the scroller much.  Use that headline to stop the scroll.  Here's an example

Nature Home Private Patio Pool BBQ Fire Pit

You have a lot of photos.. I don't think you need all those.  Take out pics of dishes and flashlights etc.  Guests want to see rooms and be able to picture themselves in your space.  Definitely get rid of the photos that are taken off your camera system.  You have one review mentioning the discomfort of cameras.  Those pics dont' add any value and will just make guests suspicious.  I am all about cameras at my properties  too, I just disclose where necessary.  Plus those shots are not as nice as your other photos.

You have a gorgeous outdoor deck.  Get some of those pics early in the photo reel.  Pic 43, 45 and 47 should be part of your first 10 pics. one of them anyway.    I would also pepper some of those gorgeous animal pics through your whole reel, beginning, middle and end.

You are new, you will find out who your Avatar guest is, the ones that are a good fit with what you are offering.  When I think of Costa Rica I think of the wildlife and beaches.

In your description I would also speak about what there is to do in the area as far as excursions as well places to eat etc.

You're doing great!

Your first photo is your first impression and chance to grab potential guests' attention. I love the exterior photo with the palm tree or the living room shot with that gorgeous wood ceiling!

First 5 pictures should be different pictures. Master bath should be one of them. I would get professional pictures. Guest do not need so many angles of the same rooms. Too many pictures. Title description does not catch someone’s attention. You also need to change pricing as needed. Today I lowered my price a little bit and got a reservation. Good luck!
