This is just a discussion forum for Airbnb Hosts. You'll need to contact Airbnb to address any issues with your connected property management software.
Not sure how long you have had the listings, but when I click on them, Airbnb shows an error message. If they are new listings, it's always recommended to create the listings FIRST in Airbnb and wait until they are visible to guests (24-72hrs after publishing). Then connect any Property Management Software you want to use. Sometimes it takes 24hrs after connecting in order for it to work properly:
