No Message Tab to guest

I have just accepted a booking but the "Message tab" is not showing up so I am unable to contact the guest.  Has anyone else had this issue?

Have you tried to access your listing on your phone as well as the desktop?

Thanks for the tip.  Had tried that.  It took an hour to rectify itself so I think it was a glitch in the system.

I'm sorry to hear something wasn't quite right when you accepted that recent booking! I just wanted to double check that everything was well and truly in order now?
