Hi may you please assist with my case i am an Airbnb host I'm frustrated with my case ever since May 2024 i haven't received any payouts
until now and my Profile is busy, I'm always full.
I was sent a link to update my KYC I've done everything that have been asked for but it's almost a month everyday I'm being sent the same link to update my profile but no solution I'm being owed a lot of money, that is very stressful I'm thinking of making the case a lawsuit i even checked on Hollopeter there is plenty of bad reviews about this Hold on payouts , all the support team they are telling me they can not assist me.
I came to the community yesterday to report my case ,I did state in the previous case that I have updated the KYC too many several times the link that they keep on sending me is invalid there is no option to upload the files anymore , we are being a owed a lot of money since May 2024 I am registered business I do have all the required documents why is it they find it very hard to just explain where I am going wrong or which documents that is missing from my uploads, even the community sent me the same automated message that I'm getting through my profile , can someone at list check my uploads and explain to me where i am going wrong or which documents please assist .
I'm sorry to hear you've had some issues with your payouts and KYC verification lately. Have you managed to find a solution since your post here, or do you still need further assistance?
