Hi @Julie673 Your listing is great! But there's a slow during this time of year. You may consider the following to improve your bookings or occupancy.

-Ensure your space is stylish, clean, and well-maintained. Small touches like decorative pillows, artwork, or indoor plants can make a big difference. If your space has any unique features (like a fireplace, balcony, or garden), highlight them. Consider adding something unique that sets your place apart, like a small library or a game corner.

-Professional or high-quality photographs that showcase your space in the best light are crucial. Make sure to include photos of all areas guests can use.

-Research prices of similar listings in your area. Your pricing should be competitive, especially during slow seasons. Consider offering discounts for longer stays.

-Encourage guests to leave reviews. Positive reviews can significantly enhance your listing’s attractiveness.

-Personal touches like a welcome note, a local guidebook, or a small welcome gift can make guests feel special. Be responsive and helpful in your communications. Provide clear instructions for check-in and check-out and be available to answer any questions. Hope this helps!

Hi Julie, you have a great place and I see that you are looking for advice.

1. Your thumbnail picture should be the best photo you have. Preferably the way the place looks in the inside because people wanna see where they will be staying.

2. Go ahead and pay for professional pictures.

3. This advice was given to me, and it does make a difference. Clear the countertops in the bathrooms in the kitchen. So that there’s nothing on the countertops. It just gives like a clean look. A cleaner look.

4. Select the best pictures only. Pictures where they will be staying and the sunset. The beach pictures. Those are awesome. But I would take down the random photos.

I hope that helps.

Hi Julie,

I almost forgot, include in your title of your property the city.
