No bookings

Hi there,

Are listings in Dallas down YoY?

Ive had no bookings Aug, Sept or Oct. 

I will need to look into renting long term if something doesn't change.

Im rather confused as to why you wouldn't be aware of the reviews and ratings you have and that your listing is in Airbnbs bottom 10%,of listings locally @Pamela1699 ? 

Don't you read your reviews? Review your listing regularly? 

the fact that you only leave responses to guests who give you bad reviews and  challenge them for having done so would also put me off as a guest.

Helen, Im aware of the reviews, I was not aware of the bottom 10%.  I worked consistently in addressing all the complaints.

Additionally I noticed that you have multiple properties and have been doing this for 11+ years. Some of us have many responsibilities and have 1 property and might even live in another state and gone through multiple health issues in the last year. So before being "confused" and judgmental, think that we might not all be doing this full time. And have demanding jobs and families to manage. So no, I never noticed the 10%!
