No bookings

We have not had any bookings from Airbnb for quite some time now.

i noticed you publised 9 listings.

A major problem is:

Most of your listing offer a room

When i tested the search system 9 listings show up when fillter "type of place" is set to "any type".

But when it is set to "room" only 1 listing shows up: (Jakkalsdraai Guesthouse - Two Bedroom Cottage)

So people searching for a room will only see the mentioned listing above.

This is a known issue, you will find solutions by searching this community.

Added:

I see your rooms are in a guesthouse.

Please read this articel to see if they qualify as "room" !

Hi @Paula, I listed the entire guesthouse instead of rooms, but then we received a booking for the entire guesthouse, for the price of one room....I unlisted it this morning.

Susan the pictures should be taken using a wider angle. Close ups of the space doesn’t give a potential guest the full experience of the listing. That was my noticing. Also rearrange the photos to tell a story of why a guest would want to book your listing. They should be able to imagine themselves staying there.
