No import calendar option

Switched to pro tools months ago, it's been great - much easier to place booking restrictions in a more flexible way than without. BUT, all of a sudden recently all bookings from other sites have disappeared and the 'import calendar' option is greyed out (export is still there and functioning). Someone emailed saying they were weighing up two options and I knew neither were available! - have had no choice but to snooze the listings meantime and contacted AirBnB, but no response to date. Anyone recognise this - I saw a thread from last year, similar but not the same issue.

@Rob9217  something similar happened to me recently. I export my ABB calendar to VRBO (not vice versa) and noticed that some new bookings I got on ABB did not block my VRBO calendar. It happened because VRBO made some upgrades and stopped syncing. All I had to do is to delete the import link on VRBO and then set it again.
