No pets

Hi

I am preparing to list my property in the next few days. I have selected No pets in the Listing Editor and then saved but the listing still shows Pets welcome. I have tried numerous times. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I’ll flag the community hosts to see if they can connect you with the right team. You may be able to contact Airbnb through support and explain what the issue is and they may be able to help you too.

You haven't gone live yet so can't see your listing but make sure you have the toggle to NOT allow pets to show like below:
