Not Getting Leads

Not Getting Leads

I've had my listing up for a few years and I was able to get leads with a much higher price. This year, I stopped getting as many hits on my listing so I lowered the price to a point where I won't be able to make profit. I only did it to see if this will make a difference in my listing and it's visibility. I'm thinking about creating a new listing for the same place to see if I will get more hits. Please advise me on what to do to get more leads for my listing.

@William2121 check all the usual suspects William . Maybe a few new photos as I am sure the ones you have do not do your house the justice it deserves. Call customer service and ask if there is a category that you could go in . Check that you are appearing on the map . Check the local competition and maybe talk to one or two to get a feel for what may or may not be happening. Are their prices commensurate with yours . Are they adverting elsewhere? Maybe some other community members from your area could help out with some tips and hints.Ring local councils and ask if something is affecting local tourism ? Good Luck ... H

@William2121 new listings do benefit from a boost in the search engine but they also suffer from a lack of reviews.

Perhaps use the new feature to compare your place with other local listings. Go into the calendar, highlight some dates and then compare it to other booked/unbooked places. Be honest with how they compare and see which you would book.
