Not receiving the Airbnb codes for Account verification or changing the personal info. ?

Hi

Could anyone help me as I am not receiving any type of codes/calls for account verification? All of a sudden Airbnb asked me to verify the account and I have 2 upcoming bookings which I can't access because of this verification issue. Any kind of leads is appreciated.
