Hi @Tammy774 👋

Sorry to hear you can't see your listing. What were you putting in your filters? Perhaps I can replicate to see what I get on my side.

You advertise for 6 guests. You have an addl guest fee of a whopping $1,427 after the 4th guest?  I'm sure you didn't mean to do that?

Go to your Calendar

Price Settings - top right

Scroll down to bottom - Addl Fees

See what you have entered in Addl Guest Fees

Because you have an addl guest fee so high, you are shooting yourself in the foot when guests are searching for 6 guests as you are waaay overpriced and you will not appear in high in search results. If guests can't see your listing they can't book it!

I suggest removing your addl guest fee entirely and pricing your listing competively for 6 guests compared to similar listings in your area.

Min Stay

Your min stay is 5 nights. This automatically will exclude your listing from appearing in the popular 3night searches over a weekend. Suggest you change to a 3night min for now and then after you get 5-10 bookings you can gradually increase that if you want.
